| Information about specific vacation rental properties including rates and availability is subject to change at any time without advance notice unless a reservation has been confirmed in writing. Rental quotes are provided as a courtesy and are subject to our revision. Weekly and nightly rental rates listed do not include the mandatory 16% GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX. Reservations are NOT guaranteed until a deposit and all requested information has been received. All payments are final and non-refundable after a 24hr grace period. A minimum 3-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON and 2 nights during the LOW SEASON for all of our vacation rental properties. A 7 night minimum rental is required during the Christmas and New Year's Holiday Season depending on the vacation rental unit selected.
