available in this centrally located, secure, private condo complex. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Wi-Fi, Gym, Bar,
Restaurant, and BBQ grill on site. Safe & Secure. 24 hour security and surveillance on site.
Property Location: Only 10 minutes from the Puerto Plata airport. Once here, the Beach is just a short 5-8
minute walk away along with over 50 restaurants / bars, 2 night clubs, 4 discos, 2 casinos, 3 massage
centers, several shops, pharmacies, banks, grocery stores, and so much more. You can expect peace and
quiet when you stay here as this property is located in a quiet side street just off the main road in a middle
to upper class neighborhood. Please see the map at the bottom of this page to get an exact idea of where

Property Amenities: Each unit is carefully decorated in bright tropical colors, has air conditioning in the
bedrooms, safe box, private bathroom, kitchen & dining area*, refrigerator, utensils*, dishes*, closet space,
cable TV, Queen size bed(s), living room*, separate bedroom, large windows, powerful ceiling fans through
out, and some come with a private balcony. All units have a wonderful view of the tropical vegetation,
gardens, jacuzzi, and swimming pool. Breakfast is also included with each rental and is served daily from 8am
to 10am and served / prepared to your liking.
