Rental quotes are provided as a courtesy and are subject to our revision. Weekly and nightly rental rates listed do not include the mandatory 16% GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX. Reservations are NOT guaranteed until a deposit and all requested information has been received. All payments are final and non-refundable after a 24hr grace period. A minimum 3-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON and 2 nights during the LOW SEASON for all of our vacation rental properties. A 7 night minimum rental is required during the Christmas and New Year's Holiday Season depending on the vacation rental unit selected. "So glad we didn't stay at a huge hotel in Sosua." Here's our review: "My husband and I were torn between this small boutique
condo complex without the huge pools and various amenities and one of the larger hotel resorts with several pools and the rest of the
scene that comes with it. In the end we decided to stay at Sosua Condo Rental Property #2 because we wanted to explore
outside of our hotel. WE ARE SO GLAD THAT WE DID! Sosua is a fun filled town with history and all you have to do to be part of it is
walk outside. Each day as we walked in and out of our place there was silence but an ocean breeze and up the street, people by the
corner ready to change our dollars, and at the beach there was a man playing a guitar and singing beautiful songs just outside the
condo complex. It was very romantic. The complex is very well decorated and maintained. Our condo was very clean and spacious and
the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a small pool and jacuzzi in the rear of the building which was so nice and quiet to unwind
in after a day at the beach. It was clean, quiet and very relaxing. We did decide to take an excursion to see various hotels 20 minutes
away. A huge resort with about 14 individual hotels in it. The area was very swanky and had a lot of casinos and restaurants but we
were so glad we didn't stay there b/c the area surrounding it had no character. When we came back from that place we breathed a
sigh of relief because we were so happy to be back at our charming condominium."

"Our recent condo rental through The Sosua Vacation Rentals Company more than exceeded our expectations !!" Here's
my review: "My wife and 14 year old son and I booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo near the center of Sosua. Though we
have been to the D.R. and other Islands many times, we have never rented private accommodations - only 5 star all-inclusives. Mr.
Vera, the owner, personally picked us up at the airport and was most professional. Any apprehensions we had disappeared the
moment we met him. The condo itself was amazing !! Oceanview, steps away from a nearly deserted beach, the unit we rented
could not have been cleaner or well appointed. Pictures alone can not do justice to the unit we stayed in... all new stone and marble,
full kitchen and large comfortable bedrooms with WiFi. The building is in a secure, gated area near it all shopping, restaurants, bars,
beaches, and other amenities. It has a 24 hour security guard at the gate who always greeted us with a smile and a friendly !Hola. Our
stay was for only 1 week, but next year it will be for a month !!"
