| (every 3 months) per listing. A 15% discount is available if you choose annual billing. This is dirt cheap considering that this is for highly targeted, quality, website traffic and exposure. We'll send your traffic directly to your website or create a web page on our site just for your property, take photos, write up a description, and even give you a free email address that you can send/receive from or have forwarded to your personal email account for a reasonable set up fee. Option #2, SVR charges nothing and simply just adds its commission on top of your asking rate, and handles all inquiries, reservations, and payments on your behalf. You supply the photos, the property description, etc., and we'll take care of the rest. |

A minimum 3-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON and 2 nights during the LOW SEASON for all of our vacation rental properties. A 7 night minimum rental is required during the Christmas and New Year's Holiday Season depending on the vacation rental unit selected.
