| Information about specific vacation rental properties including rates and availability is subject to change at any time without advance notice unless a reservation has been confirmed in writing. Rental quotes are provided as a courtesy and are subject to our revision. Weekly and nightly rental rates listed do not include the mandatory 16% GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX. Reservations are NOT guaranteed until a deposit and all requested information has been received. All payments are final and non-refundable after a 24hr grace period. A minimum 3-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON and 2 nights during the LOW SEASON for all of our vacation rental properties. A 7 night minimum rental is required during the Christmas and New Year's Holiday Season depending on the vacation rental unit selected. Use of this website constitutes acceptance of our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. |
